I meet hundreds of potential buyers who not only come in to my office but also through my extensive online channels. I am in constant communication with them about the latest news and developments in Kootenay Lake real estate. It’s highly effective as I am able to make buyers aware of certain properties before they reach the main online channels.

Much of my time is spent with buyers searching and researching properties sometimes a couple of years in advance of them moving here. I am always on the search for properties to fit their particular remit.


Social Media


My proven approach not only takes in the traditional methods of marketing your home (signage, MLS, email campaigns etc) but also the power of social media marketing (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr etc). At least let’s call it that for simplicity. In essence it’s about leveraging the power of participative relationship building with individuals, groups and communities with shared interests online.

Markets have become conversations between people delivering information, ideas, and perspectives, all in a very transparent manner.

It has become so powerful that there are those that don’t even refer to it as social media marketing anymore – it’s just marketing.
